1. Description of the web-site service
The purpose of the ashantiaparthotel.it /.com website is to facilitate reservations by putting users and the facility itself in direct contact.
By making a reservation through ashantiaparthotel.it, you will establish a direct (legally binding) contractual relationship with our accommodation facility and we will be able to guarantee you the BEST RATE. SECURE RESERVATION service: the data that you communicate to us at the time of booking will be protected by a secure connection. PRIVACY PROTECTED: your data is used only to guarantee the reservation and the communication of obligation.

2. Privacy policy
Pursuant to Article 13 of the EU 679/2016, we provide you with the information on the processing of personal data of users of the site and made available by you to Aparthotel Ashanti for the provision of services requested: it is available on our site under Privacy policy.

3. Credit Card and Payments
Your credit card information is only required to guarantee your reservation and will therefore be transmitted to our reservation system.
Ashanti Aparthotel reserves the right to verify the validity of your credit card prior to your arrival (by requesting authorization from your credit card company). The accommodation facility may also ask the customer for a guarantee other than a credit card. If the customer is unable or unwilling to provide additional security, the accommodation facility reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
The client will pay for the stay directly in Ashanti.

Withdrawal from the credit card of the total amount of the stay will be made by the accommodation only if there are cancellations and/or no-shows.
Your credit card information is treated in strict confidence and confidentiality.
The reservation is guaranteed to the customer, and in case of overbooking by the accommodation facility, the accommodation facility undertakes to find an accommodation guaranteeing the same quality of service in another facility of the same category.

4. Booking cancellation terms
Cancellation terms are stated in the “contractual rules” in the submitted booking form.

5 Deposit and Method of Payment
Upon confirmation of your reservation, you are required to pay a DEPOSIT equal to 30% of the total amount of your reserved stay, by CREDIT CARD (Visa or Mastercard. The reservation will be cancelled if this deposit is not received by us within 15 days from the date of the reservation
The deposit, once received by us, automatically gives confirmation of the reservation and binds you to accept the general conditions.

BALANCE is made upon arrival with:
– Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard)
– ATMs
– Cash according to the limits allowed by law – art.49 of Legislative Decree No.231
_ Bank Checks are not accepted.

In the event of late arrival or early departure, the entire period booked will still be calculated.
The Client who, without having given prior notice, has not occupied the apartment by the day following the day contractually established, shall be deemed to have renounced.
Upon arrival is also required to pay a security deposit of € 200.00 IN CASH, which will be returned upon departure, except in the case of breakage, failures attributable to you or our further right to compensation. The deposit will also be retained in the event that the Client, upon departure, leaves the kitchenette, pots, dishes, cutlery or glasses not properly washed. In case of departure before the opening hours of the reception, or at night, the deposit will be returned by Ashanti by bank transfer within15 days of departure and the bank costs of the transaction will be charged.

6. Arrivals and Departures
Seasonal opening: May to September
Check-in: Entry to the apartments and garages is possible from 16:00 to 21:00. In case of delay, the customer must notify the Aparthotel by phone. If the apartments are instead already available, Check-in can also be done in the morning.
We will try to make the registration procedures fast, so we ask you upon arrival to kindly go to the hotel entrance bringing all documents of the people who will be staying, including children.
If you wish to take advantage of wellness services or have signed up for specific offers, we recommend that you book any packages, massages and spa treatments before or on the day of arrival.
Any change in the number of people occupying the property must be arranged in advance with the Front Desk.
our beach places are reserved only for hotel guests, starting from the day of arrival. We would like to inform you that the day of departure does NOT include beach services, swimming pool, sunbeds, parking or other hotel services
Check-out: on the day of departure, the apartment and garage must be vacated no later than 10:00 am. If possible, we recommend paying on the day before departure and we ask kind guests to respect departure times to facilitate cleaning procedures.

7. Tourist tax 2025
The tax applies per person accommodated at a cost of € 1.60 per day per person from the age of four. Excluded: children up to the age of four, non-self-sufficient handicapped persons with appropriate medical certification. The Tax is not included in the rates charged. Payment of the tax must be made at the hotel when the bill is settled.

8. Additional persons and children
Please note that it is not possible to accommodate additional persons beyond the maximum number of persons indicated in the chosen room type. Please pay attention to the number of people requested/booked, when filling in the number of people who will be staying at the hotel during the application phase (also indicate babies and children’s ages). Children and infants are considered as adults when determining the number of beds.

9. Aparthotel Regulations
The management reserves the right, in case of unforeseen circumstances in the assignment of the reserved apartment, to replace it with another having approximately the same characteristics. The request for a particular apartment (number, floor, orientation, etc.) will be taken into consideration without, however, giving any right and/or guarantee.
The facility is exempt from liability for any injuries or inconveniences occurring to persons who, for whatever reason, should be inside the Aparthotel without authorization.
The staff in charge is authorized to enter the units for the daily tidying up of the apartments or for any repairs and maintenance, even during your absence.
Complaints: any complaints regarding the rented apartment will be accepted only by 12 noon on the day following your arrival.
Daily cleaning: from 09:00 to 13:30. The service is not guaranteed if the apartment is not vacant in that time slot or if Mr. and Mrs. Guests leave the card/key inserted (=occupied-don’t disturb).
Rest time: from 23:00 to 08:00 and from 13:00 to 15:30 please avoid any noise that may disturb other tenants and especially children, in ‘rest time.
It is forbidden to smoke inside the Aparthotel and apartments.
Swimming pool: Swimming pool open from 09:30 to 19:00.

Mr. and Mrs. Guests agree to respect the internal rules of the Aparthotel, as well as visitors or relatives

10. Pets allowed
Small and medium-sized dogs are allowed in the accommodations except for the new apartments located on the second and third floors. The apartments are those designated as Grey, Flowers, Oman, Blue, White, Yellow, Savana, black, Oriental and Pearl.
Damages: the Client is responsible for any breakage or shortage found within the apartment during the stay, unless it is established that others are responsible.
Management is not responsible for any injury or damage to persons or property resulting from failure to comply with these regulations.

11. Exclusion of liability for theft, loss and accidents
Management disclaims any liability for theft, loss, damage to personal items or valuables left unattended within the Aparthotel, apartments, garages or common areas.
Likewise, it cannot be held responsible for any injuries, accidents or damage to persons, property or animals that occur inside or outside the facility, including the pool area and the beach.
Guests are therefore urged to take all necessary precautions for the safekeeping of their personal belongings and to watch over minors and any pets throughout their stay.

12. Technical malfunctions and interruption of services.

Management cannot be held responsible for any sudden inefficiencies or malfunctions on apartment facilities or equipment (such as, for example: air conditioners, heat pumps, Wi-Fi connection, home appliances, TV, etc.) caused by accidental events, unforeseen technical failures, interruptions in supply by third parties, or force majeure, not directly attributable to the facility.
Such occurrences, if reported, will be taken care of as soon as possible, but will not entitle to refunds, price reductions, or claims.
However, the Management undertakes to take prompt action to restore services, consistent with the nature of the fault and the technical time for intervention.
